The University will be performing important maintenance on aspects of Alert Carolina throughout the course of the day on Friday (02/14/2025). While the maintenance is not expected to include any messages to the community, the Alert Carolina Emergency Notification System will remain live and in service while the maintenance is being performed.
No action is required from the campus community. We encourage you to review the Carolina Ready Website for information on what to do during an emergency. We appreciate your patience as we continually work to update and enhance our ability to communicate with you during an emergency on campus.
Most Alert Carolina Informational messages are sent to notify the campus community of situations that do not pose an immediate threat but may be of significant interest to campus.
