ALERT CAROLINA INFORMATIONAL MESSAGE: UNC Police Investigating Indecent Exposure

UNC Police Respond to Report of Indecent Exposure

Police are investigating the report that a male individual approached and exposed himself to a female UNC-Chapel Hill student near Paul Green Theater Drive shortly before 1 p.m. today (Feb. 1).

The student fled unharmed, and the suspect also fled the scene.  Police have searched the area and are continuing to investigate.  The suspect was described as a black male in his early 20’s.  He had short dreadlocks and was wearing a dark hoodie and brown pants.  No weapon was reported.  Anyone with information that might aid in the investigation should call 9-1-1.
