The campus is currently under a boil water advisory for essential purposes only until further notice due to an OWASA water line break. The decreasing water supply effects available potable water, sanitation services and air conditioning.
Due to these issues, the campus will move to Condition 2 effective 11:30 a.m. Monday, Nov. 5 through 11:00 p.m. Monday, Nov. 5.
Classes are cancelled and all non-mandatory operations are suspended; only mandatory employees must report to or remain at work. Non-faculty (staff) non-mandatory employees must not report, or must leave campus. These employees must use leave time if not working or can use make-up time subject to applicable rules. Alternatively, and only with supervisor approval, non-mandatory employees may work from home or an alternate site.
Residential students are welcome to stay on campus for the time being.
Details on campus services and modified hours will be communicated as soon as they are available.
